Unaitas is financial services institution licensed under the SACCO Societies Act in 2012 and has more than 24 branches across Kenya.
Unitas planned to ensure efficient banking services and to transform into a commercial bank. One of such prerequisites was the need for its operations to run on a digitised core banking system.

Recommendations for the suitable banking system release and infrastructure was made and JETHRO established a firm business understanding of the Sacco and the Kenyan Financial sector that ensured the success of the engagement. The project was completed within 13 months and some milestones included:
- R17 implementation on T24
- Migration of data from the legacy system
- ATM, MO Cash, Agency Banking Interfaces
- And more
The project was worth millions of dollars in investments with a combined team (client & partner) of 10 persons and almost all business banking application modules offered on T24 was implemented.
